ArmBarATX Terms of Service
(a.k.a. The Fun Legal Stuff You Should Still Read)
1. Who We Are
This site and store are run by ArmBarATX, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the cookie ninjas”). By buying from us, browsing our site, or otherwise enjoying our content, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please step away from the cookies… but we’ll miss you.
2. Age & Responsibility
You must be at least 18 (or the legal age where you live) to place an order. If you’re under that age, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission. If you eat all the cookies before they arrive at their intended destination… that’s on you.
3. Don’t Be Shady
Don’t use our site or products for anything illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise uncool (including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or trying to reverse-engineer our recipes). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting sketchy.
4. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before baking begins. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if we suspect reselling, bulk buying for non-personal use, or an attempt to corner the protein cookie black market.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We hustle to get your cookies out fresh, but once they’re in the hands of USPS or local delivery services, delays are out of our control. We can’t guarantee arrival dates and aren’t liable for lost or late packages. Please track your order using the info we send you.
6. Allergens
Our products are made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. Even if an item doesn’t list an allergen, cross-contact is possible. If you have allergies, proceed with caution (and maybe chat with your doc first).
7. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If there’s a serious issue with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right — but we can’t take back opened or eaten cookies (ew).
8. Digital Content & Comments
If you send us photos, reviews, or tag us in posts, you give us permission to share them on our site or social media (with credit, of course). Keep it clean — no offensive, defamatory, or gross content.
9. Tech Stuff
We aim for a smooth online experience, but sometimes the internet gremlins win. We’re not responsible for slow loading times, outages, or tech glitches — especially if you’re in a low-signal zone.
10. Limitation of Liability
We’re here to bring you joy through cookies, not drama. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any damages (including lost profits, emotional heartbreak from running out of cookies, etc.) beyond the price you paid us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled here in Texas — preferably over coffee and cookies, but we’ll let the courts decide if needed.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting them here. Keep checking back, especially if you’re the type to read fine print for fun.
