📦 ArmBar Shipping Policy
By placing an order with ArmBar, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before ordering.
📦 Processing & Fulfillment
All ArmBar treats are baked fresh based on our monthly rotating flavor menu.
Flavors are released at the beginning of each month and are available while supplies last.
If a flavor sells out, we may release a restock the following Saturday, depending on production availability.
🚚 Shipping Schedule
• Orders ship Monday & Tuesday
• Orders placed after Noon Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday
• We do not ship on holidays or carrier closure days
Once your order is packed and handed off to UPS, you will receive tracking updates via:

🚚 Shipping Carrier & Service
We ship exclusively with UPS.
All orders ship using 2–3 Day Priority Shipping to help maintain product freshness and quality.
PHAT Shipping (Flat Rate)
Shipping is a flat $12 nationwide.
This rate helps cover carrier costs, protective packaging, and freshness preservation.
👉 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
👉 We do not currently ship internationally
👉 Signature confirmation is not required for delivery
🍪 Product Freshness & Storage
Our treats are sealed for freshness and built to handle transit.
• Room Temperature: 5–7 days from ship date
• Refrigerated: Helps re-firm frosting and toppings
• Frozen: Up to 3 months
For best flavor and texture, we recommend slightly warming cookies before eating.
🌡️ Shipping & Weather Disclaimer
While we carefully package every order, ArmBar products are made with real ingredients and can be sensitive to heat or weather conditions.
Minor melting, frosting softening, or topping shifting may occur during transit. This does not affect product safety or quality.
If melting occurs, simply refrigerate treats until they firm back up.
⏳ Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once UPS scans and accepts your package, delivery timelines and handling are fully controlled by UPS.
Carrier delays may occur due to:
• Weather
• Mechanical issues
• Routing delays
• Holiday shipping volume
Because our products are perishable and baked fresh to order:
👉 ArmBar does NOT offer refunds, reshipments, or store credit for shipping delays.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, customers must file a claim directly with UPS using their tracking number.
UPS manages all claim investigations and approvals.
🏠 Porch Theft & Delivery Issues
Once UPS marks a package as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
ArmBar cannot replace or refund orders that are:
• Stolen after delivery
• Retrieved late from delivery location
• Delivered to a shared or unsecured address
If porch theft is common in your area, we recommend:
• Shipping to a workplace
• Using a UPS Access Point
• Delivering to a secure location
📍 Address Accuracy
Orders ship exactly to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check before placing your order.
If an order is:
• Returned
• Lost
• Delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address
ArmBar cannot issue refunds.
Reshipping requires a new shipping fee.
Due to perishability, returned packages cannot be reshipped. A new order will be required.
🎁 Holiday Shipping Disclaimer
Holiday shipping volumes can cause delays beyond our control.
Once UPS receives your order, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
If ordering for a holiday, event, or gift:
